Happylife thrift shop now Open

Happylife thrift shop is now open.  You can get gift items, sandals, Adults clothes, jewellery, electric items and other assorted stuff.  We encourage volunteers stuff we can sell here like household items, clothes, jewellery,( both new and old) etc.  All proceeds goes to help the children. Thank you.

George Adopted

Baby George now has a new family, a daddy, mummy and a big sister.  What a joy! 

Thank you; We can now use Bio gas

With around 70 children to cook for everyday, we have been having quite a high budget towards firewood and cooking gas.  One cylinder of cooking gaswould only last a week or less than a week.  We are very grateful to all our partners who have continually given their support to Happylife Children's Home that we have succeeded in installing biogas which will help us save on cooking cost.  God bless.

Get well soon Baby Hannah!

We thank God for the many of our friends who stood with us and prayed for us when we were going through a tough time in the month of December and part of January with a measles outbreak and then pneumonia. Lets now pray for the 5 months old baby Hannah who is currently admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital.  We have continuously experienced the healing of the Lord God and even now, we beleive she will be well and back with us soon.

Benjamin is Adopted

Benjamin was rescued and admitted at HL on 10 March 2012 when he was about one week old.The boy has grown very well and has been a darling to many caregivers and volunteers.  His smile is irresistable but he always yearned for attention, at times it was too much.... ha ha.  In December 2012, he was one of the children who had measles when we had this outbreak, thanks to God that it has completely cleared.  However, he can now have all the attention he needs since he has a very loving family ( A daddy a Mum and a big brother).  God bless Beji and his new family.
