Two more Adoptions

This has been a good year with already 34 adoptions!! we have every reason to celebrate this Christmas.  Stanley and Savannah have been adopted, what a wonderful way to end the year!

Happy Life Welcome's Baby Rebecca

She came to us when we were going through a very rough time and she was such a consolation.  Her mother could not raise her, so she opted to give her up for adoption.  She is a small baby but very peaceful.

Meet baby Esther

We were all so shocked to see her when the police brought her, she is so beautiful and such a good baby we wondered why anybody could not want her.  But I guess the mother did not see that, she left Esther with a neighbor and disappeared into thin air.

Meet baby Steve

He was left in hospital by his mother after birth.  He is such a good looking boy.

Jean has been adopted

She is was our Gymnast, and had one of most flexible bones I have ever seen, she will be greatly missed but am sure she prefers her new family.  We pray for a great future ahead.

Dwight has been adopted

It was wonderful to see him go into a loving family.

Taavi has been adopted

This year God has remembered our older kids and especially boys.  Many people prefer to adopt infants but we have seen more and more people adopting older kids.  We were so excited to see Taavi go, we wish him all the best.

Meet baby Doug

We are seeing it more and more now, mothers choosing to give their babies up for adoption.  We thank God that at least they don't cause them any harm.  Doug's mum is a 17 year old teen, who has another child.  We are going to  give him all the love and care he needs and pray that God brings a good family to adopt him.

Happy Life welcome's Scott

Sometimes we only have to find solace in God and believe that there is still some good left in the world.  Somebody just decided that they have had enough of their baby and left him, with a blind woman who needed help herself, thanks to this good hearted lady she kept Scott  till the police were notified.  We have him now and he is  surrounded by love and care.

Looking at this beautiful girl, you can never guess how tough her few weeks on earth has been.  We are giving her shelter for now as the police sort the issue with her parents.

We thank God for the tremendous growth we have seen in our Juja Centre, God  has continued to bless us in so many ways.  We are glad that the bakery is slowly picking and we are seeing people start liking our bread.

Transfered

We never thought this day would come, due to some  unavoidable circumstances  ,Rachel and Gifty have been transferred to another home. It was indeed sad we were so attached, but we know God has their best interest at heart and we wish them God's blessings.

keith, Noah and Sally have been adopted

3 kids went last week, and we love the new passion among Kenyans to adopt. Praying that this good trend continues.

Meet Baby Christian

He is approximately one week old, and somebody decided that they did not want to take care of him and abandoned him by the roadside.  Such a sad beginning there! but we are glad somebody found him, he is now safe with us.

Israel has been adopted

It was bitter sweet to see Israel go, he was such a hit here and everybody loved.  He has this infectious smile that was so endearing, we will miss him but at the same time, we are so glad that he is now with a good family that will give him all the attention he needs.

This adorable girl was given up for adoption by her mother.  We know God will bring her a family that will love her.

Liam has been adopted

Sometimes we cant help but smile when we look at Liam.  Such a weak baby when we got him to this cheeky boy who makes you laugh.  First he was so afraid of cars but always wanted one as a toy.  When his mum came for him he refused to get into the car we had to sweet talk him.  He will now be around cars all the time and we are so happy for him.

Welcome Baby Peace Amani

Somebody abandoned this adorable baby in a hospital after birth in fact, one of the nurses wanted so badly to keep her but the law does not allow, she had to report the matter to the police.  Peace is such a peaceful baby as her name suggests, we know that her future is bright because its in God's hands.

Jeneo has joined his forever home.

Another older adoption, we prayed that our older kids can also be adopted, and God is surprising us everyday as more and more people come for older kids. We pray for the best for Jeneo and his new family.

Natasha was given up for adoption by her mother.  More and more mothers are opting for this instead of abandoning, which is a good gesture.

Happy life welcomes Joy

Some of the stories we hear of  the kids we rescue gives you sleepless nights.  You cant help but wonder how a person can be so heartless as to use their one year old to beg in the streets for money.   Joy's mum is a drug addict that can do anything for the next fix, including sitting her child in a corner somewhere to beg.  We thank God for giving us an opportunity to make her life better.

Matteo has been adopted

We celebrate what the Lord is doing, this year only Matteo is the 19th child to be adopted.  We pray that will make him great.

Lucas has been adopted

How exciting it is to witness our kids being adopted, it always warms our hearts to know that there are people out there willing to give a better life to our kids.  We wish Lucas and his new family God's blessings.

Patty has been adopted

This girl has been rejected 3 times, but finally a loving family came and adopted her.  It was so exciting to see her go, she is a very charming girl and will bring a lot of joy to her family.

THE JOY OF ADOPTION

Its very exciting to see our kids being adopted, but its even better to witness two kids go at the same time.  Mick and Wema have been adopted!! We wish them God's blessings.

Rocky has been adopted

We bless God for his love and goodness towards our children.  We know Rocky is going to have a better life with his new family that loves him a lot.

Jaziri has been adopted

We are still cerebrating Jaziri's adoption, it was received with such joy by our caregivers We give God all the glory for giving Jaziri a family.

Welcome baby Emma

There is now a new trend of people abandoning all their kids, in May and June only we have rescued 3 pairs of siblings. Emma's mother moved out of their rental house leaving here two kids behind, Emma who is around 2 months and her sister Pendo around 2 years. They were so weak and malnourished, we didn't think Emma would pull through the night we got her, but with food and warmth the kids are doing better now.

Flora has been adopted

God is giving our older kids a chance to be adopted and its such a blessing. We wish Flora and her new family all the best.

Happy Life welcomes baby Mellisa

We are seeing more and more people choosing to give up their children up for adoption, which is far better than abandoning them. Melissa is one of those that was given up by her mother. She was so tiny when we got her, maybe that's why the mother didn't want to take that responsibility. We are happy to have her.

Meet baby Wesley

We are glad to introduce this precious boy who was born to an under age mother who could not raise him.  She  decided to give him up for adoption which is good. He will find all the love he needs here.

Meet Charlie

This boy was rescued by the police wandering alone in a city center, he looks well taken care off, and we are suspecting he got lost.  We are hoping soon he will be reunited with his family.

Happy Life welcomes Elliot

Elliot's mother came to hospital with him and I guess decided she had, had enough of motherhood, she told a 12 year old girl who was at the hospital to hold the baby for her for sometime, she pretended to visit the bathroom and disappeared into thin air. He is a very happy boy and he smiled all the way, when we went to get hm from the police.

Faith has been adopted

We once thought that only small babies would be adopted, but that trend is changing.  We are witnessing more older kids being adopted which gives so much hope that all our kids will get families. Faith's mum saw her and it was love at first sight, they have been inseparable since then.  Faith kept on asking when her family was coming for her and they finally did.  We wish them all the best.

Welcome John Mark

We are excited to welcome baby John Mark who was abandoned at birth in Hospital.  He is so tiny but we know with love and care he will thrive into a good looking baby.

Reuben has been adopted

Reuben's adoption is one of the many adoptions that was received with so much joy and excitement, he was such a weak baby when we got him. Over the years however, he thrived and  surprised us by being such a vibrant happy boy. We believe his new family will give him all the love he needs.

Debbie has been adopted

We are pleased  to say that Debbie has been adopted! Its always a joy to see a child join forever their forever family. We wish her and her family God's blessings.

Happy Life is excited to introduce our new bundle of joy! baby Tiffany.  This precious baby was abandoned at birth by her other in Hospital.  We are going to do the best we can to give her a better life. God helping us.

Sammy has been adopted

Sammy will be missed by so many of us here ,since he is such a jovial child always ready to give a smile.  It was our prayer that God gives him a good family, and all we can do is praise the Lord for that.  We wish him and his new family God's blessings.

No matter how many kids are adopted its always a joy to see more and more go. Vickie has gotten a family to love her and take good care of her.
