We are so proud of our Grade Eight class of 2020 on their graduation! They all performed exemplary in their national examination - Kenya Certificate of Primary education, K.C.P.E.. This was such a hardworking group of students and we wish them all well as they transit to high school.
Sharon was underweight when she was born 1.6kgs and the mother must have been scared and left her in hospital. When we got her 6 weeks later she was already 3kgs an looked very healthy.
Somebody decided that they had enough of their baby and threw her in a pit latrine, nobody knows how long she was inside the toilet but when she was rescued she looked fine no injuries.
Paul's mother could not raise the hospital bill, one day nurses were attracted by Paul's persistent crying that's when they discovered the mother had disappeared leaving her baby.
This precious baby was abandoned in hospital immediately after birth. She was 3 weeks when we to her.
For a while, the adoption process was quite challenging in Kenya but we thank God that these doors have recently been opened. Since January 2021, we have had a number of babies adopted to their forever families, It really is our joy when the children get to belong to a family.

Can you imagine waking up one morning and seeing a new born in your living room seat, that was not there last night? its is still a mystery how Elle ended up in that house but we are glad she is with us now.
Its always a joy when we see our children get loving parents, that will give them all the attention they deserve! We wish Heavenly and her new family God's blessings.
The handsome Riley found a new home. He was recently adopted to his forever family. We thank God for the time we had with him at Happy Life.
We recently received these young girls who are sisters. They will be under our care for a while as we await the court to decide on their fate.
Art is calming and mostly beautiful. David, a Form One student in Faith Premier High School, is multi-talented. He loves drawing and playing basketball and recently, he has been decorating the school compound by painting these old car tires. The transformation is just intriguing!
These are interesting times and the onset of the Corona Virus changed so much of life as we knew it. Now that we have resumed classes, we are strict on the adherence to all COVID-19 restrictions.
All staff and students must have their masks on at all times and are required to maintain social distance. We have several washing points where the staff and students get to clean their hands. The teachers check the students' temperature as they walk into class and have sanitizers as well to sanitize them every so often.
The Happy Life team is dedicated to ensuring we protect our staff and students from the virus and keep everyone healthy.

What a relief, school's back!
After a long break of 9months, we finally get back to school.
The Happy Life Christian School resumed classes early this month and the students are hopeful. They're determined to do their best and achieve their dreams which is exactly what we plan to enable them do.
The candidates (Grade Eight) are prepared to hit the road running in preparation for the national examinations as they complete their Primary level of education. We believe in this vibrant class to make us proud.
And in case you're wondering, we are strict on adherence of all the health restrictions in light of protecting our students and staff from COVID-19.
