When you look at baby Rockie, he has an expression that tells you he has been through a lot in his short life. Rockie was left by his mother in a public transport vehicle, a passenger noticed the baby was alone and reported the matter to the police. He was only eight months old! That was two months ago, today Rockie who is 10 months old, and still at Happy Life, is still growing strong.
